Antone Brazill’s real estate career began when he was 6 years old holding a survey stick for his father at a future development site. The experience in the family real estate business molded Antone’s conservative but aggressive approach to real estate today.
Antone consulted for two Fortune 100 Companies where he achieved President’s Club awards several years in a row. In 2002 Antone moved to Las Vegas where he concentrated his efforts in the residential and commercial market at National and Global Companies. There he earned several top sales volume awards.
Antone was instrumental in forming the trustee sale business model that Brazill Team Real Estate uses today. His reputation as one of the top trustee sales teams has contributed to Brazill Team acquisitions of over 1000 single family and commercial assets.
He has studied all disciplines of investment real estate including Multifamily, Land, Office, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Development. Brazill’s real estate designations include CRS, ABR,CLHMS and CCIM. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member and there are very few real estate professionals with this designation in Las Vegas. The CCIM lapel pin denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate.

Stacy has been residing in Las Vegas for over 30 years. She is a graduate of University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelors of Science in Hotel Administration. Stacy worked for a Fortune 100 company where her professional sales and customer service training helped her transition into Real Estate. Stacy started her Real estate career over 16 years ago.
Stacy worked and excelled in her career at large national companies both with Remax and Keller Williams Franchises. Stacy and her husband Antone achieved top achiever and sales volume awards for several years. Stacy earned her Brokers license and opened Brazill Team Real Estate in 2010. Her success in the residential market and trustee sale lead her to opening up the Asset Management Division.
Stacy’s expertise with trustee sale purchases, off and on market acquisitions, REO’s and short sales have led to her overseeing the purchase of over 1000 single family properties. She has focused her efforts with private equity investors by providing a one stop solution from acquisition, property management and disposition.
Her involvement with Help of Southern Nevada allows her to give back to the community that she is proud to call home. Her passion in real estate and primary goal of making Las Vegas a better place to live helps attribute to her drive and passion. Transforming Brazill Team Real Estate from a small husband and wife residential company just a few years ago into a full service asset management company has been one of the most rewarding aspects of her career.
