    Antone Brazill, CCIM, Principal

    Antone Brazill’s real estate career began when he was 6 years old holding a survey stick for his father at a future development site. The experience in the family real estate business molded Antone’s conservative but aggressive approach to real estate today.

    Antone consulted for two Fortune 100 Companies where he achieved President’s Club awards several years in a row. In 2002 Antone moved to Las Vegas where he concentrated his efforts in the residential and commercial market at National and Global Companies. There he earned several top sales volume awards.
    Antone was instrumental in forming the trustee sale business model that Brazill Team Real Estate uses today. His reputation as one of the top trustee sales teams has contributed to Brazill Team acquisitions of over 1000 single family and commercial assets.

    He has studied all disciplines of investment real estate including Multifamily, Land, Office, Retail, Industrial, Residential and Development. Brazill’s real estate designations include CRS, ABR,CLHMS and CCIM. CCIM stands for Certified Commercial Investment Member and there are very few real estate professionals with this designation in Las Vegas. The CCIM lapel pin denotes that the wearer has completed advanced coursework in financial and market analysis, and demonstrated extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry. CCIM designees are recognized as leading experts in commercial investment real estate.

    Stacy Brazill, Principal

    Stacy Brazill has proudly called Las Vegas home for more than 40 years and has spent the last 20+ years helping buyers, sellers, investors, and property owners throughout Southern Nevada.
     
    A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Stacy transitioned into real estate and quickly established herself as a trusted advisor in the Las Vegas market. Throughout her career, she has consistently earned Top Producer and Sales Volume awards, reflecting her commitment to exceptional client service and results.
     
    After earning her Nevada Broker’s License, Stacy & Antone opened Brazill Team Real Estate in 2010. Today, the company provides residential and commercial real estate services, property management, and investment solutions across the Las Vegas Valley.
     
    Stacy has extensive experience with investment properties, trustee sales, and off-market acquisitions. She has overseen the acquisition of more than 1,000 single-family homes and works closely with individual and investors, providing guidance from acquisition through property management and disposition.
     
    Known for her responsiveness, market knowledge, and hands-on approach, Stacy is committed to building lasting relationships and helping clients make confident real estate decisions.
     
    Outside of real estate, Stacy enjoys giving back to the community through local volunteer organizations and is passionate about making Southern Nevada an even better place to live, work, and invest.

    Briana Parra, Director of Operations

    As Director of Operations at Brazill Team Real Estate, Briana Parra brings more than a decade of real estate, property management, and accounting experience to the company. A Las Vegas native born and raised in Southern Nevada, Briana has been an integral part of the Brazill Team since 2012, overseeing the company’s accounting, financial operations, property management, and investment activities.
     
    With a background in accounting, Briana is responsible for all company financials, including account reconciliations, owner and investor reporting, budgeting, accounts payable, and the financial performance of managed assets. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy help ensure clients receive transparent and reliable management of their investments and properties.
     
    Known for her professionalism, responsiveness, and strong work ethic, Briana is dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners, investors, buyers, and sellers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the company.
     
    Outside of work, Briana enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons and staying involved in their many school, sports, and extracurricular activities. She values family time and being an active member of the Las Vegas community she has proudly called home her entire life.

    Julie Hart, Property Management

    Julie has proudly called Las Vegas home for more than 30 years after moving from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico as a child. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is dedicated to helping clients navigate the real estate market with confidence while providing exceptional service every step of the way.
     
    Julie joined Brazill Team Real Estate in 2013 and plays a vital role in the company’s property management operations. She oversees maintenance coordination, accounts payable, and HOA compliance matters, ensuring properties are well-maintained and issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
     
    Before entering the real estate industry, Julie worked in customer service and accounting, where she developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach that continue to serve her clients today.
     
    Known for her honesty, responsiveness, and dedication, Julie takes pride in building lasting relationships and providing clear communication and reliable support to homeowners, tenants, and clients alike. Whether assisting in English or Spanish, she is committed to making every experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
     
    Outside of work, Julie enjoys running, traveling, spending time with family, and cheering on the Vegas Golden Knights and her favorite soccer teams. Her deep roots in the Las Vegas community and years of industry experience make her a trusted resource for clients and property owners throughout Southern Nevada.
